Areas of Endocrine Expertise

Diabetes Types 1 and 2
Diabetes care has changed dramatically over the past decade with innovative therapies such as GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonists and the rapid evolution of continuous glucose monitoring and insulin pump technology. Even with these advances, lifestyle remains a critical component of successful diabetes management. I enjoy working closely with patients to understand their individual needs and develop personalized strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Thyroid Conditions
Thyroid conditions, including hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and thyroid nodules, are prevalent and typically respond well to standard treatment. Despite appropriate laboratory values, some patients report persistent symptoms, making it difficult to determine whether these are attributable to thyroid function or external factors such as stress. Individualized thyroid hormone therapy may be beneficial in select cases.
Thyroid cancer is confirmed by biopsy and managed with surgical removal of the thyroid, with radioactive iodine therapy when indicated. Following thyroidectomy, lifelong thyroid hormone replacement is necessary.

Weight management
Many people seeking weight loss have tried multiple diets, exercise programs, and supplements without lasting success. Weight management is a lifelong commitment that requires sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. I focus on evidence-based lifestyle strategies and weight loss medications when appropriate, tailoring each plan to the individual.

Pituitary Conditions
Pituitary hormone disorders and pituitary nodules are common findings, and management requires careful assessment to determine whether treatment or observation is appropriate. I value collaborating with patients to establish goals and tailor treatment strategies accordingly.

Adrenal conditions
Adrenal hormone disorders and adrenal nodules are frequently encountered and require thoughtful assessment to guide management. Determining when to treat, how to treat, and when monitoring alone is appropriate is essential. I collaborate with patients to establish goals and create individualized treatment strategies.

Parathyroid conditions
Parathyroid disorders, including hyperparathyroidism and calcium metabolism abnormalities, are common and can significantly impact bone health, kidney function, and overall well-being. Proper evaluation is essential to determine when monitoring is appropriate and when intervention is necessary. I work closely with patients to interpret laboratory findings, assess symptoms, and develop individualized management plans, including coordination of care when surgical treatment is indicated.

Bone conditions
Osteoporosis and osteopenia are characterized by reduced bone density and increased fracture risk. Management requires individualized assessment of bone density, fracture history, and contributing risk factors. I collaborate with patients to develop tailored treatment strategies focused on preserving bone mass and preventing fractures.

Growth and Puberty conditions
Growth and pubertal disorders in children and adolescents may involve variations in growth velocity, timing of puberty, or hormonal regulation. Management requires careful assessment to distinguish normal developmental variation from endocrine pathology. I collaborate with patients and families to create individualized diagnostic and treatment plans.

Hormone Imbalance
We evaluate and manage a range of hormonal imbalances, including menopausal hormone changes, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and testosterone deficiency. Care is based on thorough clinical and laboratory assessment, current medical guidelines, and individualized treatment strategies, with ongoing monitoring to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Our Fees Policy
We are out-of-network with all insurances and payment is due at the time of service.
We currently operate as a self-pay medical practice and do not participate with insurance plans at this time. This model allows us to focus entirely on patient care without many of the restrictions commonly imposed by insurance companies, such as denied services, limited treatment options, or unnecessary administrative delays.
Our goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based care with transparent pricing and treatment plans guided by what is medically appropriate—not by insurance approvals. We anticipate offering insurance participation in the future and encourage patients to inquire with our office for the most up-to-date information.
